Non-surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence, which solves the problem within an hour.
Stress urinary incontinence is partly caused by age-related changes and postnatal changes of the vaginal wall, support structure, which helps maintain the urethra and bladder neck in the correct position. When happens relaxation of muscles of the pelvic floor or vaginal prolapse (prolapse of the vaginal walls), tissues of the urethra and bladder neck become mobile and cease to hold urine.
There are a number of surgical methods to place the urethra in the right position. The method, which involves polypropylene mesh (sling) is 90% effective and the effect remains for 5 years. However, this procedure is performed with spinal anesthesia and requires around 3 months of rehabilitation, which is accompanied by restrictions in sexual life, pain and discomfort
Urinary incontinence manifests itself when increases intra-abdominal pressure (when laughing, coughing, jumping, lifting heavy things). This problem is widespread in Russia among women. According to statistics about 30% of women working in Moscow suffer from this disease. One of the reasons for development of the disease is hypermobility of urethra, which is caused by the loss of anatomic support of the pelvic floor and paraurethral structures.
How does it work?
The injected drug fills the volume and seals the tissue helping to fix the position of the urethra. By reducing mobility of urethra it becomes possible to eliminate the symptoms of urinary incontinence.
